Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway systems.
• Execute file exchange migrations across Mainframe, traditional distributed systems, and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and connectivity issues independently.
• Manage end-to-end migration workflows between legacy and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in file transfer management.
• Hands-on expertise with Connect:Direct.
• Hands-on expertise with Sterling File Gateway.
• Experience with Mainframe environments.
• Experience with Cloud file exchange migrations.
• Experience with traditional distributed system migrations.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently on system upgrades and configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale migrations from legacy systems to the cloud.
