Description

You will manage B2B data channels for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs. You resolve complex integration issues and coordinate with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage data channel requirements and fulfill SLA timelines for multiple tasks.
• Resolve complex technical issues using deep functional and technical knowledge of integration platforms.
• Coordinate activities with application development, architecture, release management, and infrastructure teams.
• Apply best practices and risk mitigation strategies within your area of expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in B2B integration environments.
• Hands-on experience with Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Proficiency with Sterling Secure Proxy.
• Experience with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Deep understanding of file transfer protocols including Connect:Direct, Secure+, FTPs, SFTP, and AS2.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to work across enterprise-wide fulfillment and technology infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and security protocols.
