Description

You will lead, facilitate, and implement EDI customer integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator, acting as the bridge between client customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams. This role requires coordinating with clients to finalize requirements, prepare logical maps, and execute end-to-end testing of the EDI product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and business users to finalize requirements and prepare logical maps.
• Lead the onboarding of partners through IBM Sterling Integrator as the primary EDI tool.
• Execute end-to-end testing of the EDI product to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with the architecture team on application testing.
• Facilitate EDI customer integrations and provide detailed technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EDI integration and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with IBM Sterling Integrator and EDI products.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards and logical map preparation.
• Proven ability to coordinate with client stakeholders and business users.
• Experience in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting EDI workflows.
• Excellent client-facing communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work closely with architecture and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
