Description

You will design and implement solutions within the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-tenant platforms across various Sterling OMS implementations.
• Develop technical specifications and design documents, collaborating with technical experts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the OMS environment.
• Mentor less experienced team members on Sterling OMS functionality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional support experience designing and implementing Sterling OMS solutions.
• Deep experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMoC 25.x) and Intelligent Promising (SIP) modules (IV, SC, SDF, Payments).
• Strong competency in DOM, Inventory, Payment, Fulfillment, and Call Center modules.
• Expertise in DB query writing and understanding integration concepts (REST, SOAP, Batch, SFTP, API Gateways).
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular 11JS or Dojo.
• Proven ability to customize modules like Pricing, Inventory, and Payment within Sterling OMS.
• Experience integrating OMS with WMS, ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
