Description

Manage and technical lead IBM Sterling OMS deployments and end-to-end order management flows.

Responsibilities

  • Map business requirements and functional documents into Sterling OMS solution designs, product extensions, and configurations.
  • Configure system parameters to achieve designed flow behavior and manage module builds with offshore teams.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for high-impact incidents and execute bug fixes or enhancement requests.
  • Lead technical client discussions, status reporting, and integration calls with external stakeholders.
  • Mentor a team of 3-5 members and manage incidents or service requests via Jira and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS deployments and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration parameters and system design.
  • Proficiency in creating design documents and unit test case design.
  • Experience providing system test support and managing end-to-end OMS flows.
  • Ability to perform technical bug fixes and development for enhancement requests.
  • Experience using Jira and ServiceNow for incident and request management.
  • Proven ability to identify and raise technical risks.
  • Availability to support off-hours and holidays for production downtime or high-impact issues.
