Manage and technical lead IBM Sterling OMS deployments and end-to-end order management flows.
Responsibilities
- Map business requirements and functional documents into Sterling OMS solution designs, product extensions, and configurations.
- Configure system parameters to achieve designed flow behavior and manage module builds with offshore teams.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for high-impact incidents and execute bug fixes or enhancement requests.
- Lead technical client discussions, status reporting, and integration calls with external stakeholders.
- Mentor a team of 3-5 members and manage incidents or service requests via Jira and ServiceNow.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS deployments and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with configuration parameters and system design.
- Proficiency in creating design documents and unit test case design.
- Experience providing system test support and managing end-to-end OMS flows.
- Ability to perform technical bug fixes and development for enhancement requests.
- Experience using Jira and ServiceNow for incident and request management.
- Proven ability to identify and raise technical risks.
- Availability to support off-hours and holidays for production downtime or high-impact issues.
