Description

You will lead technical solutioning and implementation for IBM Sterling Order Management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical designs for solution hardware, software configurations, product extensions, and interfaces.
• Lead product implementation including system architecture design, application functionality, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed system requirements and technical design documents.
• Support the consulting services sales process by preparing accurate estimates for Statements of Work (SOW).
• Manage project resource requirements and communicate architecture or deployment issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
• 11+ years of experience in value chain management, specifically order fulfillment and order management.
• 10+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• 8+ years of experience translating requirements to system specifications.
• Expertise in configuration and customization of Sterling OMS.
• Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM, Web COM, and Sterling OMOC modules.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience in production support and performance engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
