You will serve as a techno-functional QA expert for enterprise IBM Sterling OMS implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for OMS configurations, pipelines, agents, services, and COM UI customizations.
• Validate omnichannel capabilities including BOPIS, SFS, OIS, and marketplace order fulfillment.
• Perform integration testing for API and batch flows between OMS and external systems like ERP and eCommerce.
• Conduct functional, system, regression, performance, and integration testing within Agile/Scrum cycles.
• Manage defect triage and participate in deployment validations and post-release smoke testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience specifically with IBM Sterling OMS (on-premises).
• 12+ years of overall experience in IT or the Supply Chain domain.
• Deep functional knowledge of order lifecycle management, DOM, inventory visibility, sourcing rules, and returns management.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSP, Dojo, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Octopus, and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Hands-on validation of COM customizations and Call Center UI usability.
• Experience using test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Ability to validate integrations with ERP, CRM, and WMS platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
