Description

You will develop and maintain financial planning solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

Responsibilities

• Implement Rules and Feeders within IBM TM1 for Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Develop predictive analytics models in TM1 to automate forecasting for various financial metrics.
• Improve version control and CI/CD processes for planning systems.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting for Revenue/NII, NIM, OPEX, HC, and profitability allocation.
• Integrate TM1 with ERP/GL systems, data warehouses, and lakes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Strong understanding of banking/financial-services finance processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational schemas, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouses and data lake concepts.
• Understanding of ICAAAP and stress testing concepts.
• Experience with Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and ALM concepts.
