Description

You will develop and support IBM TRIRIGA functionality with a focus on Real Estate and Lease accounting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage TRIRIGA workflows, BIRT reporting, and builder tools including BO, Forms, and Associations.
• Execute release management for break-fix, planned monthly, and emergency updates.
• Support lease accounting processes specifically for ASC 842, FASB, and IFRS16 compliance.
• Manage ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Administer income and expense lease processes, AR/AP invoice processing, and accounting JE batch processing.

Required Skills

• 5 to 13 years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA development and functionality.
• Proficiency in TRIRIGA Builder Tools (BO, Form, Workflow, Associations).
• Expertise in TRIRIGA Workflow and BIRT Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA Integration tools (DI, IO, DCosLC).
• Deep functional knowledge of Lease Accounting and compliance (ASC 842/FASB/IFRS16).
• Experience in technical support and release management.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
