Description

You will manage core middleware administration for IBM WebSphere Application Server, JBOSS, and IBM HTTP Server. You own the release lifecycle, performance tuning, and high-availability configurations across production environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation, migration, and upgrades for IBM WAS, IHS, and JBOSS.
• Implement server clustering and manage High Availability and Disaster Recovery configurations.
• Perform hands-on performance tuning within production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across application, database, network, server/OS, and storage tiers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Deep expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Hands-on experience with JBOSS and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in multi-tier environments.
• Experience managing High Availability and Disaster Recovery setups.
• Ability to troubleshoot across Network, Database, and OS layers.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
