Description

Design and build AI-driven conversational interfaces using IBM Watson Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI conversations that pull responses from external APIs via cloud functions or system integrations.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain chatbots across multiple channels including voice and chat.
• Tune and enhance Speech to Text models and manage automated speech recognition.
• Collaborate with UI designers and backend teams to fulfill specific user intents and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and manage conflict resolution and No Match results within conversational flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• 1+ years of experience building AI-powered chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing in IBM Watson Assistant, including creating entities and managing complex conversational flows.
• Experience using Watson Assistant with the Speech to Text module.
• In-depth knowledge of conversational design, flow, and SSMML tagging for TTS.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, unit-testing, and source code management.
• Knowledge of cloud development, deployment principles, Agile, and DevOps approaches.
• Strong clean coding skills and understanding of end-to-end software development processes.
