You will design and develop AI conversations that pull responses from external APIs via cloud functions or other system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI conversations integrated with outside APIs via cloud functions or other systems.
• Collaborate with UI designers and backend teams to define conversational AI solution requirements.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbot solutions across various channels (voice/chat).
• Troubleshoot bots, debug functionality, and deploy chatbots on target channels.
• Enhance user effectiveness of conversational agents using advanced technologies and tune Speech to Text models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software delivery experience.
• 3+ years developing chatbots with IBM Watson Orchestrate or similar conversational AI tools (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex).
• 3+ years training and improving intent recognition by curating training data sets.
• 3+ years applying Conversational AI best practices (NLP and training data).
• 1+ years experience with CI/CD, Git, unit testing, and source code management.
• 1+ years of cloud development and deployment principles knowledge.
• 1+ years backend development in Java, Node.js, or Python.
• 1+ years multi-language experience in JavaScript/Typescript.
• 1+ years experience in an Agile environment with DevOps knowledge.
