You will build and maintain conversational AI solutions using IBM Watson.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance chatbot functionality using IBM Watson Assistant.
• Curate and optimize training data sets to improve intent recognition.
• Apply NLP and conversational AI best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and unit testing.
• Deploy applications following cloud development principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software delivery experience.
• 3+ years with IBM Watson Assistant or similar platforms (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex).
• 3+ years training and improving intent recognition via data curation.
• 3+ years applying conversational AI best practices.
• 1+ years experience with CI/CD, Git, and unit testing.
• 1+ years knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP optimization techniques.
• Background in conversational AI architecture.
