Description

You will develop and maintain conversational AI solutions using IBM WatsonX Orchestrate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI conversations, integrating responses from external APIs via cloud functions or system integrations.
• Collaborate with UI designers and backend integration teams to define conversational AI requirements and fulfill intents.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbots across various channels (voice/chat) alongside other developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance conversational agents by leveraging AI, NLP, and cognitive machine learning.
• Tune and enhance Speech to Text models while continuously developing knowledge of emerging analytics techniques.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software delivery experience.
• 5+ years developing chatbots with IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar tools (Google Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, etc.).
• 3+ years training and improving intent recognition by curating training datasets.
• 3+ years applying Conversational AI best practices (NLP and training data best practices).
• 1+ years experience with CICD, Git, unit-testing, and source code management.
• 1+ years knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles.
• 1+ years backend development experience in Java, Node.js, or Python.
• 1+ years multi-language experience in Javascript/Typescript.
• 1+ years working in an Agile environment with DevOps knowledge.
