Description

You will serve as the technical expert for HCL Commerce (formerly WebSphere Commerce), translating business requirements into logical program designs and delivering stable application systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and consultation to translate functional specifications into logical program designs.
• Implement and maintain HCL Commerce solutions, ensuring successful deployment of released applications.
• Integrate HCL Commerce with third-party systems and implement WCS REST APIs.
• Develop and deliver code modules, stable application systems, and integrated enterprise software solutions.
• Define technical requirements and perform high-level design for complex solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems.
• Deep understanding of HCL Commerce functional architecture and various subsystems.
• Experience implementing WCS REST APIs and integrating with 3rd party systems.
• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and high-level design.
• 6+ years of experience working with source code control systems.
• 6+ years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software.
• 6+ years of experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment.
• 4+ years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
• Experience working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
