You will architect and implement CI/CD pipelines specifically for z/OS applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for z/OS applications.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for mainframe code such as COBOL.
• Integrate mainframe workflows with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins-based pipelines.
• Facilitate automated code promotion from development to test and production environments on z/OS.
• Guide teams on using modern IDEs including IBM Developer for z/OS and VS Code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe application lifecycle management.
• Strong expertise in z/OS environments.
• Proficiency with Jenkins and UrbanCode Deploy.
• Experience with Wazi Deploy.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL.
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Experience using IBM Developer for z/OS.
• Proven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
