Description

You will develop, modify, and support ERP and MES applications on the IBMi platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality software solutions for custom applications and Infor-XA/MAPICS ERP systems.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure software integrity.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to Infor-XA and system customizations.
• Optimize performance and adoption within the technology stack.
• Drive technical innovation regarding methodology, tools, and software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions for the IBMi platform.
• Proficiency in RPGLE using Free syntax with extensive embedded SQL.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 SQL, queries, tables, and indexes.
• Experience using Powerlink and system link.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or Computer Information Systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of change management tools such as Aldon or MDCMS.
