IBP Data Analyst

You will manage and automate data pipelines and reporting tools to support global Integrated Business Planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and automate existing Python and SQL-based data pipelines.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for Demand Planning leads and senior leadership.
• Build new analytics and dashboards to meet business requirements across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of the IBP Application within Power BI.
• Partner with Data Architecture teams to maintain scalable data infrastructure.
• Support regional teams by ensuring data accuracy and consistent KPI definitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines.
• Strong background in data automation and business intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance and project-based initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, or SAP-HANA.
• Proficiency with DAX and data modeling in Power BI.
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding practices.
