Description

You will analyze and manipulate large datasets within the Incentive Compensation Management platform to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Validate incentive calculations to ensure compliance with compensation plans.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and HR teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Informatica ETL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with incentive compensation plans, metrics, and calculations.
• Experience with database management and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of Python or R.
