Support the Unit of Information and Technology Management in delivering digital platform services and ICT infrastructure solutions globally.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing managed security services and cloud-based network infrastructure.
• Support maintenance and upgrading of connectivity monitoring via the Global NMS platform using SNMP and APIs.
• Help develop business applications using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
• Contribute to Enterprise Architecture and Governance tasks, including strategy and policy development.
• Assist in developing the Smart Facilities Infrastructure Insights reporting platform using Python and web technologies.

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Exposure to cloud solutions such as Cisco or Meraki technology.
• Basic understanding of connectivity monitoring protocols like SNMP and API integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI) and SharePoint Online.
• Ability to work with Python and web technologies for platform development.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices and service management models.
