Description

This internship supports UNDP Country Offices with ICT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital platform management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Digital Platform Services including OneICTbox, Managed Security Services, and cloud-based network infrastructure.
• Support advisory efforts for stable ICT infrastructure implementation using satellite services and firewall solutions.
• Maintain and upgrade connectivity monitoring systems using SNMP protocols.
• Test and deploy cloud solutions utilizing Cisco Meraki devices.
• Develop and implement cloud-based unified communication systems and business applications using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and PowerBI.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud computing strategies and infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of information security principles for infrastructure setup.
• Familiarity with ICT operations, support standards, and ITIL best practices.
• Ability to write basic scripts for automating management or operational tasks.
• Strong client orientation with the ability to maintain effective professional relationships.
• Capacity to identify process improvement opportunities and apply quality management standards.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
