Description

You will maintain and secure the global ICT infrastructure, supporting hardware, software, and operating systems across all offices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain global WAN, LAN, WLAN, and security protocols.
• Administer Windows servers, clients, and software suites including Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
• Resolve support requests via the internal ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead ICT projects focused on automation, hardware standardization, and deployment methods.
• Oversee physical and virtual server management with a focus on security and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar system engineering role.
• Practical knowledge of Windows desktop and server OS, Remote Desktop Services, and Backup solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and MDM environments.
• Experience with virtualization using VMWare.
• Strong network administration skills covering Access LAN, Backbone, Wireless LAN, Routing, and Switching.
• Security implementation experience including certificates, firewalls, VPN, and DMZ.
• Proficiency in MS PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to datacenters and remote offices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Apple iOS and macOS environments.
• Experience with Nutanix, Azure, and Linux OS.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, Git, pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
