Description

Design and build backend applications for core Identity functions, including user onboarding and profile management. Drive technical strategy and system architecture through collaborative design discussions. Resolve complex bugs across distributed systems and lead the development of new architectural improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications supporting user onboarding and profile management workflows.
• Drive technical strategy, system architecture, and component design decisions.
• Trace and resolve bugs across multiple distributed systems.
• Lead the design and development of significant architectural systems throughout the SDLC.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and support real-time projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, including JavaRx, Reactive Spring, or functional programming paradigms.
• Experience developing orchestration platforms.
• Domain expertise in Identity, specifically user onboarding and profile management.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages.
• Experience with APIs and driving architecture decisions based on API usage.
• Experience with continuous integration processes and tools.
• Experience writing test plans and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to present technical problems to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams in large engineering environments.
