Description

Lead the design and migration of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) systems, specifically focusing on PingIdentity and Auth0 ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end migration projects for CIAM solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services.
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms using redirectUrl, OIDC authorize, and Legacy Sessions API.
• Configure and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Splunk, LDAP, ServiceNow, and RBAC systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom domain configurations and certificate management.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently during migration and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

• 10 years of total experience in Identity & Access Management.
• 5 years of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in CIAM.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with PingIdentity.
• Must have hands-on experience with PingOne or Auth0.
• Proven track record of at least 3 CIAM migration projects.
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, SCIM, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0 implementation flows.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and REST API development.
• Experience migrating from Header-based applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OKTA Access Manager.
• Validated certification in the CIAM space.
