Description

You will own the design and implementation of the IAM security architecture, driving continuous improvement through emerging security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define IAM requirements by collaborating with business and IT teams.
• Create and enhance automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for IAM roles, SPNs, and IaC in Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Manage user and non-human access using Azure RBAC role assignments via Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Handle IAM users, policies, and roles in AWS while ensuring comprehensive enterprise application onboarding.
• Identify access gaps and recommend solutions to boost operational efficiencies across IAM processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Access and Identity Management.
• 2-4 years of extensive experience with IAM in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Hands-on experience managing user access via Privileged Identity Management (PIM) in Azure.
• Proficiency in assigning entitlements using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Strong understanding of AWS CLI, IAM users, policies, roles, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting for task automation.
• Experience with application registrations and granting permissions to non-human cloud accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Solid grasp of cloud security governance practices and IAM policy preparation.
