Description

You own the end-to-end design and architecture for IAM systems, covering SSO, MFA, provisioning, directory services, and PAM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain IAM architecture roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Design and review API integrations with applications and cloud services.
• Implement and automate user onboarding, access governance, and RBAC processes.
• Drive incident response, risk management, and compliance auditing for IAM systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
• Expert proficiency with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP.
• Hands-on development experience using Java, NodeJS, Spring, and VueJS.
• Proven ability to design and develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs using JSON.
• Expertise in AWS cloud deployments, including Kubernetes.
• Experience automating infrastructure using Terraform scripting.
• Capability to build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for IAM components.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of IAM automation workflows, from provisioning to revocation.
