Description

You will manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, focusing on incident resolution and application onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve identity-related incidents.
• Track and resolve problem identification issues related to identity access.
• Onboard applications into IAM platforms, specifically Omada and Entra ID.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Strong expertise in incident management, including review, triage, and resolution.
• Proven ability in problem identification, tracking, and resolution for identity incidents.
• Hands-on experience with Omada and Entra ID for application onboarding.
• Technical troubleshooting skills for complex identity issues.
