Description

You will manage identity and access across state systems, ensuring appropriate user access and strict compliance. This role owns the backend administration and compliance processes for IAM Identity Manager.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily administrative tasks within the IAM Identity Manager backend.
• Manage access rights for internal and external users across state applications and resources.
• Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve duplicate accounts.
• Support the development team by resolving ticket backlogs related to account verification and data accuracy.
• Maintain alignment with internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM Identity Manager backend systems.
• Experience managing access rights for users both internal and external to an organization.
• Knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance processes.
• Ability to perform data research and analysis for account auditing.
• Working knowledge of security standards and internal policy enforcement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
