Description

You will manage identity and access across state systems, ensuring users receive appropriate access at the right time while maintaining strict compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage access for state applications, systems, and resources.
• Perform daily administrative tasks within the backend of the IAM Identity Manager system.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve duplicate accounts.
• Support the development team by clearing ticket backlogs related to account verification, data corrections, and agency transfers.
• Enforce internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to identity management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Direct experience working within IAM Identity Manager systems.
• Proven ability to perform backend system administration.
• Experience managing access rights for critical applications and data assets.
• Knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance processes.
• Ability to conduct data analysis for account auditing and reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
