Description

You manage identity and access rights across state applications and systems to ensure secure and compliant access control. You operate the backend of the IAM Identity Manager system and resolve duplicate accounts through research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access across systems to provide appropriate access at the right time.
• Perform daily backend tasks within the IAM Identity Manager system.
• Research and resolve duplicate accounts.
• Clear ticket backlogs for account verification, data correction, and agency transfers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Email, and Collaboration Platforms.
• Proven experience operating in the backend of Identity Management systems.
• Strong understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory and CA Service Desk.
• Knowledge of least privilege methodology, including security rights, permissions, and groups.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for networking and computer systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information to individuals with varying technical understanding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring OneIdentity products, including Safeguard, Identity Manager, and Password Self Service.
• Understanding of Statewide CISPs and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) guidelines.
