You will manage identity and access across state systems to ensure the right users have the correct access at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Manage access for state applications, systems, and resources while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily administrative tasks within the backend of the IAM Identity Manager system.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve duplicate accounts.
- Support the development team by managing ticket backlogs for account verification, data correction, and agency transfers.
- Execute user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Technology, or Information Security.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and CA Service Desk.
- Proven experience operating identity and access processes for email, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
- Direct experience working in the backend of identity management systems.
- Strong understanding of least privilege methodology, security rights, permissions, and groups.
- Technical troubleshooting skills related to networking and computer systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience configuring or customizing OneIdentity products, including Safeguard, Identity Manager, and Password Self Service.
- Knowledge of Statewide CISPs and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) regulatory guidelines.
