Description

You will manage and govern enterprise access controls for the Workforce Access Management (WAM) project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the WAM project by implementing and governing access controls.
• Evaluate and monitor IAM and PAM controls against internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report access control deviations, including excessive permissions and unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with engineering, Cyber Security, and Audit teams to investigate control violations.
• Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and privileged account audits.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IAM and/or PAM, focused on control adherence.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level authentication and authorization infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (Client) in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Azure AD.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles and least privilege access models.
