Description

You will manage identity and access management processes during a migration to Ping solutions.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze current business processes to identify improvements for the Ping migration.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and impacts on business operations during the migration process.
• Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflows.
• Support change management initiatives related to system migrations and process changes.
• Work within Agile frameworks using Jira and Confluence to ensure timely delivery of requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep understanding of federated identity management and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Knowledge of API security protocols including OAuth and OIDC.
• Hands-on familiarity with Ping Federate and Ping Access.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate technical identity management aspects into business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
