Key Skills: ISAM, Identity Access Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IBM Security Access Manager and IBM Security Identity Manager environments
• Configure access policies, authentication flows, and identity lifecycle processes
• Work on enterprise identity and access management integrations with business applications
• Troubleshoot access issues and support production IAM operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver secure access solutions aligned to business requirements

Skills Required:

• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in IAM and IBM security products
• Hands-on experience with ISAM and ISIM in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and access control models
• Experience supporting secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle workflows
• Ability to work with enterprise IAM platforms and application integrations

Good to Have:

• Identity Access Management experience across enterprise security platforms

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
