Description

You will engineer and maintain identity governance solutions, ensuring secure and optimized access controls across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows, system configurations, and change documentation to support access optimization.
• Maintain, test, and optimize Identity Governance and Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Manage the full user account lifecycle, including provisioning, securing, and inactivating access.
• Collaborate with application teams to deploy new applications and functionality.
• Develop and communicate organization-wide IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliant practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering or operations.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience working in Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Ability to use SQL for data management.
• Working knowledge of C++ and Java.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Certificate Management and associated processes.
