iitjobs is looking for an IAM Analyst who has strong experience with Azure Cloud, Entra AD, Automation, SNOW, Integration, SSO, Hybrid AD, IAM and has proven experience onboarding acquired

companies, integrating separate identity environments, establishing transitional access, and securely offboarding/divesting organizations.

Job Skills/Responsibilities:-

• Advanced Microsoft Entra ID / Identity Architecture — deep experience with tenant design, hybrid identity, cross-tenant access, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and complexidentity troubleshooting.
• Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures — proven experience onboarding acquired companies, integrating separate identity environments, establishing transitional access,and securely offboarding/divesting organizations.
• B2B & Cross-Tenant Collaboration — expertise with Entra B2B, External Identities, cross-tenant access settings, guest lifecycle management, trust configurations, and multi-tenant collaboration.
• Enterprise Applications & SSO — strong hands-on knowledge of SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, WS-Fed, SCIM provisioning, claims transformation, certificate rotation, andtroubleshooting complex SSO integrations.
• App Registrations & Service Principals — expert-level understanding of application registrations, enterprise applications, client IDs, client secrets, certificates, APIpermissions, consent, redirect URIs, service principals, and managed identities.
• Authentication & Conditional Access — advanced experience designing MFA, authentication strengths, Conditional Access, session controls, device/location-basedaccess, and policies spanning multiple organizations.
• Microsoft Graph & Automation — strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph skills for bulk migrations, application configuration, guest management, reporting, provisioning,and identity lifecycle automation.
• Identity Security & Governance — experience with PIM, Identity Governance, access reviews, entitlement management, privileged identities, least privilege, workloadidentities, and credential/secret lifecycle management.
• Hybrid AD/Entra Integration — strong Active Directory, Entra Connect/Cloud Sync, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, federation, UPN/domain changes, and synchronizationtroubleshooting experience.
• Complex Business Requirements — ability to take ambiguous M&A requests from business, legal, security, infrastructure, and application teams and translate them into asecure technical identity architecture and migration plan.
