Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity management and governance environments for Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory.

You will own the architecture for Microsoft Entra and on-premises Active Directory environments. Implement security hardening, conditional access, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and role-based access control (RBAC). Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and maintenance activities. Establish identity lifecycle processes, including automated user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage architecture for Microsoft Entra and on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of IAM tools such as Microfocus NetIQ, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Implement security hardening, conditional access, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and maintenance activities across all environments.
• Establish identity lifecycle processes, including automated user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Active Directory architecture and management.
• Hands-on experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or OpenText Microfocus.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols including OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for complex scripting and automation.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements such as SOX or PCI DSS.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise networks, LAN/WAN technologies, and virtualization.
