Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions focusing on identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication mechanisms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure IAM platforms including SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, and Azure AD.
• Execute user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Integrate IAM systems with internal applications and services.
• Conduct regular access audits, perform risk analysis, and troubleshoot IAM infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge of identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with directory services including Active Directory and LDAP.
• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards like NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, or HIPAA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• IAM or related domain certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint Certified Engineer.
