Description

Lead the implementation and maintenance of SailPoint identity solutions within complex client infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IDN environments.
• Develop and customize SailPoint components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
• Implement custom rules, scripts, and plugins to extend IdentityIQ functionality.
• Execute day-to-day IAM operations including Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Application On-boarding.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and technical documentation from requirements gathering through full lifecycle delivery.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of industry experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 3+ years of experience integrating identity management, access management, and access governance software.
• 2+ years of experience with SailPoint installation, integration, and deployment in client environments.
• 2+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration, SSO, Federation, PAM, and Cloud Identity solutions.
• Working knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow experience.
• SailPoint Certifications or CISSP certification.
• Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience.
