Description

You will serve as the technical lead and advisor for the OHID enterprise identity service, ensuring scalability and security across cloud and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce technical standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components for identity service offerings.
• Lead technical delivery for complex, mission-critical identity projects, overseeing vendor teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Assess current identity infrastructure and application architecture to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and points of failure.
• Create and maintain identity governance documentation, policies, and terms of use to prevent technical debt.
• Act as a technical liaison between agency stakeholders, vendor teams, and internal staff to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proficiency with Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Experience managing Cloud Infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Sailpoint and Okta.
• Experience with Cyberark or BeyondTrust.
• Familiarity with Forgerock and ISV integrations.
• Ability to develop technical design specification documents and quality control identity deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud identity architectures.
• Strong background in identity governance and administration (IGA).
