Description

Support and enhance the Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform within the Ping Identity ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform operations, including incident response, certificate management, and logging improvements.
• Collaborate with security teams to expand application security measures and automate self-service options.
• Implement platform upgrades and strengthen infrastructure resiliency.
• Support international teams in enabling SSO across various applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues related to Active Directory, networking, and DevOps.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with PingFederate, PingOne, and related IAM products, including integrations and custom adapters.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and authentication patterns in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with GCP, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and containers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
