Description

You will own the design, administration, and maintenance of enterprise Identity & Directory Management Services (IDMS) and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise Key Management, Certificate Management, and PKI systems, including Microsoft Certificate Authorities and CRL/OCSP services.
• Support IAM, SSO, and MFA environments by performing root cause analysis and implementing bug fixes using agile methodologies.
• Administer the Active Directory environment, DNS services, and Group Policy Management (GPM) to ensure controlled and documented changes.
• Execute token management using HID Credential Management Services and implement technical IAM capabilities and application integrations.
• Develop Proof of Concepts and Pilots to advance Zero Trust integration and transfer capabilities to infrastructure engineering.
• Automate role-based management to ensure service continuity and high availability of access.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of direct engineering and operations support for PKI solutions.
• 7+ years of experience with IDMS systems.
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, RADIUS, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Certificate Authorities.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Java, .NET scripting, and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigation.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a computer science-related field.
• ITILv4 Foundation Certification.
