Description

You will lead the migration of applications from legacy IAM platforms to modern IGA solutions and automate access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end migration of applications from legacy IAM to IGA platforms while ensuring minimal disruption to provisioning and compliance.
• Design and develop custom connectors to ingest identity and entitlement data from cloud and on-premises systems for RBAC discovery and access certification.
• Redesign and automate manual access workflows using ServiceNow to align with governance standards and best practices.
• Build a catalogue of reusable workflow templates to support the onboarding of new applications.
• Review and enhance existing ServiceNow workflows to improve consistency and reduce errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM integration and automation.
• Proven experience migrating applications from legacy IAM to IGA solutions.
• Hands-on experience with connector development for cloud and on-premises systems.
• Expertise in identity architecture, RBAC discovery, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflow design and automation.
• Ability to perform data normalization and attribute mapping across diverse identity sources.
• Strong understanding of access certification and governance requirements.
• Ability to build exception handling and audit trail capabilities into automated flows.
• Any Graduate degree.
