Description

Implement and support identity federation, multi-factor authentication, and access management using Ping Identity solutions for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

Implement and support SSO federation using PingFederate for on-premises and cloud applications.
Configure and administer MFA capabilities using PingID, including token-based and OTP-based authentication flows.
Provide identity and access management support for authentication and authorization scenarios across enterprise applications.
Support SSO API management and integration requirements, including SCIM and OAuth/OpenID Connect enablement.
Deliver L2/L3 troubleshooting and operational support for IAM components and related integrations.

Required Skills

4 to 6 years of relevant experience in identity management with Ping Identity solutions.
Hands-on experience with PingFederate for federation and identity workflows.
Hands-on experience with PingID for MFA and identity workflows.
Deep understanding of OAuth and OpenID Connect for authentication and integration use cases.
Proficiency in SAML and Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts for secure authentication and authorization.
Familiarity with API management and SCIM for provisioning and identity integration.
Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
