Identity Manager Product Owner

You will serve as the Product Owner for the Joint Agency Interoperability implementation of One Identity Manager for CBMS and Trails systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of One Identity Manager across scoped systems including CBMS and Trails.
• Perform break-fix and enhancement tasks for ACSES and CHATS.
• Gather user stories from impacted teams and stakeholders to define product vision.
• Negotiate and manage department priorities to ensure successful implementation based on business objectives.
• Interface with the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIIT) teams and vendor-provided DDI.

Required Skills

• 6 years of professional Information Technology experience, or equivalent education/certification substitutions.
• Project Manager experience.
• Assurance Manager experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative, Managerial, or Supervisory capacity.
• Ability to lead cross-program teams through vision and value creation.
