Description

You will design, implement, and maintain the firm's communication and identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure and On-Prem Active Directory, Teams, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
• Monitor communication systems and applications in production to ensure performance and availability.
• Develop and document identity-related systems, services, and security best practices.
• Solve escalated technical problems from the Service Desk and provide training to support staff.
• Collaborate with the Security Team to meet system requirements and client-specific needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and communication systems.
• Expertise in Azure and Identity Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (On-Prem and Azure).
• Proficiency managing Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and spam management.
• Ability to perform system upgrades and regular maintenance.
• Experience acting as a technical liaison with vendors.
• Any graduate degree.
