Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Informatica IDMC solutions.
• Design scalable cloud-based data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop and maintain mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and reusable components.
• Integrate data from cloud and on-premises applications, databases, APIs, and file systems.
• Implement data quality, data governance, and metadata management best practices.
• Optimize IDMC jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and data engineers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support CI/CD automation and DevOps/DataOps initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and enterprise data integration projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
