Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Informatica IDMC solutions, ensuring scalable cloud-based data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain mappings, taskflows, and reusable components within IDMC.
• Integrate data from cloud applications, on-premises databases, APIs, and file systems.
• Implement data quality, governance, and metadata management best practices.
• Optimize IDMC jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and lead technical design reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (CDI, CAI, CDQ, CMI).
• Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL, Data Modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline architecture.
• Experience with Python or Java for custom integrations and automation.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
