Description

You will use PeopleSoft Financials data to drive management oversight and process improvements for the Indiana Department of Health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate queries and design reports to track financial transaction workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks in accounts payable, purchasing approval timelines, and contract processes.
• Develop management reporting to monitor work in process and employee workloads.
• Create dashboards to communicate contract request status and invoice processing timelines to program areas.

Required Skills

• 6 months of experience with the State of Indiana PeopleSoft Financials system.
• 1 year of experience generating queries and designing reports for financial workflows.
• 1 year of experience with Oracle database.
• 1 year of experience in management reporting, KPI development, and dashboard design.
• Proficiency in Analytics, Data Analytics, and Data Science.
• Experience with Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, and R (Programming Language).
• Knowledge of Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
