Description

Lead identity and access management initiatives for complex projects. Own the delivery lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDP and IAM projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery to specification.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks effectively.
• Apply deep technical knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication, SiteMinder, LDAP, SCIM, e-directory, and related technologies.
• Implement automation tools and technologies to streamline identity workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies including SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• 3+ years of experience as a technology Lead for IDP and IAM projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with automation tools and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC, SAML.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ping, Okta, and Azure certifications.
• ISC2, GIAC, or other industry certifications.
